Simon is excellent! Highly recommend booking a lesson with him.

If you're looking for a casual conversation class as an intermediate-level student, you landed on the right profile! He's a real professional and patient teacher who stays calm when you don't even know what you just said in Dutch/Flemish. And that helps me try things out, make more mistakes, and learn from them. I definitely recommend Simon's class very much!

Simon is a teacher by trade and it shows. He is patient, kind and encouraging but, as any teacher should, he listens carefully to what you say, identifying problems and providing excellent feedback. He completely understands the structure of his own language and is able to explain clearly why something is the way it is. He is also funny and interesting in his own right, so you are unlikely to run out of conversation! I can't recommend Simon's lessons enough.

Excellent lesson as always with Simon

Simon is heel vriendelijk en creeert een relaxte sfeer waardoor je je comfortabel voelt om Nederlands te spreken zonder oordeel. Hij geeft goede feedback om je fouten te herkennen en geeft suggesties op een manier dat je helpt om hun te onthouden en implementeren. Simon is very friendly and creates a laidback environment that makes you feel comfortable speaking Dutch without judgement. He gives good feedback to help you recognise your mistakes and gives suggestions in a way that helps you remember and implement them.

The lesson was a trial lesson so questions 3 and 4 not applicable. Simon was a great teacher and was very engaging and very communicative, asking what I hoped to get out of lessons with him and my background. Very good lesson and a great teacher
