After requesting changes to inconvenient late-night lessons, I was told that consistent-booking students would receive priority and sufficient replacement lessons could not be guaranteed. This left me uncertain about obtaining a workable schedule, while the comments about seriousness and commitment made the communication feel pressuring

Louise is an exceptional teacher. I have been taking lessons from her for last few months and each lesson has been very productive. She understands where the student needs help and curates her content/lesson plan accordingly. It has been a good learning experience.

Questions felt unwelcome - Asking for clarification often felt like I was inconveniencing her. - Being corrected is fine. Being answered dismissively is not. - I paid for help, not to feel uncomfortable or nervous about asking questions.
