My 14-year old daughter absolutely loves Amily's lessons. She meets with her twice a week. They talk together at the beginning of the lesson and then do some grammar work before moving on to reading from a children's book. [My daughter has been learning German for several years now.] My daughter loves that Amily will give her the correct word and/or will fix her sentence structure or grammar when they are talking together. My daughter says that Amily is positive and smiley. She said she really enjoys talking to Amily and really looks forward to her lessons! On the parent side - I love that Amily customizes the lessons to fit my daughter's needs and ability. Also, I really appreciate how flexible Amily has been in rescheduling when we have had conflicts. Amily is responsive to any messages we send her. Another thing I really like is that Amily will post vocabulary they have used in that day's lesson in the message area. Overall, both my daughter and I would highly recommend Amily!
