English and Afrikaans Community Tutor Hello, my name is Riana and I am from Gauteng in South Arica. I enjoy participating in sports, reading books and spending time outdoors. I love interacting with people from different countries and learning more about their cultures. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans and currently studying Spanish. I plan to go to Spain as an Au Pair in my gap year before studying at University. Since I am also studying another language, I know how difficult it can sometimes be to be consistent, therefore I will be a patient teacher and try to make my lessons as fun and exciting as possible. I have been a Sunday school teacher for the past three years and have learned a lot of teaching skills during the course of that time. During my teaching lessons, we will focus on conversation practice. You can tell me how your day was in English and I will help you with your sentence structure and assist you where needed. I can teach you new words with the help of pictures and also help you to pronounce English words correctly. I love technology and will use it to make lessons as effective and enjoyable as possible.
