Xiaoxi is an excellent teacher. During the trial lesson she quickly evaluated my HSK level for each area (vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation) and made a plan for future lessons tailored to me. This was particularly useful for me because I didn't realise my grammar was so poor compared to my other areas! I have had several lessons now with Xiaoxi and she has always been on time and ready with materials according to the plan. The lessons are dense with learning and I feel like my Chinese has improved after each one. I cannot recommend Xiaoxi enough, you won't be disappointed if you choose her as your teacher!

I highly recommend Xiaoxi as Chinese tutor. She is extremely responsive, providing regular feedback that helps me stay on track. The lessons are engaging, with a great balance of challenge and support. I appreciate the interactive content, which keeps me engaged and motivated. Most importantly, I feel like I'm making real progress, and the tutor gives me ample opportunities to practice speaking and producing language, rather than just passively listening.

I've enjoyed my lessons with Xiaoxi laoshi. I especially enjoy having plenty of time to speak and have conversations during class. I'm a very imaginative person, so I sometimes come up with funny or unexpected stories. Please be patient with my imagination! 😂

Great first lesson with Xiaoxi! She is extremely patient, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable even though I’m still at HSK1 level. Her English is excellent, which really helped when I struggled to express myself in Chinese. She was well-prepared with lots of useful resources and even taught me how to write a few Chinese characters, which I really enjoyed. The lesson was fun, encouraging, and motivating - she truly makes you want to keep learning Chinese. I would definitely recommend her and I’m looking forward to more lessons with her. 谢谢老师！
