Ph.D. Linguist and Certified Turkish teacher who is an expert in his field. Hi! I'm Ömer, from Turkey. I'm a Turkish language teacher, and I'm an expert in this field. I have a master's degree in "Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language." I completed my PhD in linguistics at Ankara University. I have almost 6 years of teaching experience. My undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees are in teaching Turkish. I also have a "Certificate of Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language." Besides English, I can speak French, Russian, Hebrew, Kurdish, Hungarian, and Arabic at different levels. I'm also a tattoo and make-up artist :) As a teacher, I am quite dynamic, energetic, fun and humorous. I pay attention to mutual interaction in my lessons. I have the necessary methods and strategies so that the student can pay attention to what is explained in the lesson. Yeah I know everyone has a doubt when they start to learn a new language. As an expert Turkish teacher and Linguist I can say Turkish is not hard as you think. I teach Turkish in all levels: from A1 to C2. I can also give content based and task based Turkish: Buisiness Turkish, Conversational Turkish. Communicative Turkish. Turkish Literatur and Turkish cultures. In my lessons, I use the Turkish textbook that I choose according to the level of the student. In addition, I present listening texts and recordings to students. I present a list of words and dialogues suitable for the content of the course. At the end of the lesson, I summarize everything I have covered during the lesson.

Ömer prepared an excellent first lesson. He asked about why I am interested in the language and any previous experience. He described his normal way of doing lessons, but was also very open to suggestions. Then we got started. It was a great balance of pronunciation, vocabulary, and useful phrases. Ömer gave clear explanations and was a lot of fun to talk with. I am looking forward to learning together with him!
