Iโ€™ve taken lessons with Kai for a while now and can say heโ€™s hands down one of the best teachers. Super reliable; really great at leading a lesson; always listening and giving encouragement; and he asks some great questions. Not to mention tailoring each and every lesson to make it a perfect fit. Overall nice guy and a great teacher! Perfect for anyone wanting to learn Mandarin or Taiwanese at any level and worth every penny. 10/10, 5/5โญ๏ธ!

I had my first Chinese lesson on this app and was feeling a little nervous not knowing what to expect. I really enjoyed my intro class with Kai Laoshi. He was very patient listening to my learning goals and put me at ease with his calm, genuine personality. Iโ€™m looking forward to taking more classes!

I had a very entertaining first lecture of Taiwanese Hokkien in English with Kai. He has an encouraging and positive way of guiding the unit, a good pace and gave me many high quality resources for practicing for future lessons. Despite the complexity of sounds I could understand him very well as a teacher( and technically).
