About Me

Hi, my name is Yang. I’m Vietnamese I studied at the University of languages and international studies- Vietnam national university. I’m living in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. I have taught students and adults in both groups and private for more than 3 years. I’m excited about teaching Vietnamese, my native language, and sharing beautiful life in a developing country- Vietnam. The main thing I love about teaching is to see my students progress. I like sitting in the Cafe and enjoying the taste of Vietnamese coffee. It's really chill.

Me as a Teacher

My teaching approach is warm and encouraging. I try to create a relaxed environment and encourage students to try new things and embrace making mistakes in the learning process. I try to understand each student and provide clear and thorough explanations with examples to ensure that each idea is understood. I am familiar with learning a second language and do everything I can to support the learning process.

My lessons & teaching style

Maybe you can find Vietnamese difficult to learn, to pronounce at first. But don’t worry, the more you learn, the more you like it. I have special technics for teaching beginners. My focus is to find out the true interest of the student and build study material based on it. It makes each lesson meaningful and interesting.
