Beginner Spanish for Real Life 🌎 | Speak with Confidence in Latin America Moving to Latin America—or simply want Spanish you can actually use in real life? 🌎 I help beginner Spanish learners build the speaking and listening skills they need to navigate everyday situations with more confidence. In our lessons, you’ll practice Spanish for things like: • asking for help and directions • shopping, ordering and everyday errands • meeting and connecting with people • understanding and responding in real conversations You won’t spend our lessons memorizing long vocabulary lists or listening to me explain grammar for an hour. I’ll give you the tools and support you need, then guide you to notice patterns, make connections and discover what you can already do with the Spanish you’re learning. And mistakes? They’re part of the process. You don’t need to feel confident before you start speaking. We’ll build that confidence together, one conversation at a time. I know firsthand that studying Spanish and being able to LIVE in Spanish are two very different things. My own Spanish truly developed when I began using it in everyday life while living in Latin America. I’ve taught nearly 5,000 lessons on italki since 2016 and have a degree in Linguistics from UC San Diego. My goal is simple: help you build Spanish you can actually use when you need it.
