Hi! I'm a TEFL professionally certified English teacher and the host of the YouTube channel "English Hacks". I have 10+ years of experience and have given thousands of one-on-one lessons! I currently only teach accent reduction, which is my specialty, helping B2-C2 level students to sound more American.Me as a Teacher
I specialize in American pronunciation training and accent reduction, as well as language mentoring (learning how to learn a language in the way that works best for you).

I am really good at connecting things, and this helps me to teach you better. I definitely understand how scary speaking can be and I am very patient, so you can relax and feel comfortable with me. My philosophy is to be a guide and mentor who is very focused on your needs and interests and who can give you the tools and information that you need in order to succeed as an English speaker. Because of this, I don't have a specific, rigid type of lesson that is too focused on grammar like traditional classes. Great lesson as always. We’re finally getting into the R sound.
The other day I listened to an old recording from before I started taking her classes this year, and I could tell right away all the pieces she’s been talking about just weren’t there. Now, after this year of lessons, I’ve clearly leveled up and it’s not just that I’m doing it better, I can actually hear the difference too, so my ear’s improving along with my speech.
I’ve still got room to grow, but it finally feels like everything is coming together.
