Yuka ゆか

Today's class was excellent! ゆか先生 explained in detail how to express dates, including day, month, and year. Learning how to pronounce dates for day, month, and year on the calendar was very helpful. The lesson was enjoyable and easy to understand. ありがとうございました！

Another one of Yuka's strengths in teaching is that she gives you a lot of space and opportunity to speak. There were many times where I was drawing a blank on what to say but she was patient and she didn't do anything to make me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, she facilitates conversations with lots of interesting questions that helped push my language skills.

Today, Yuka-san explained to me a grammar that I had long been confused about. What's amazing is that she knows how to explain in Japanese in a way that is easy to understand. She has a really keen skill for that.

It's the second time I've had a class with ゆか先生. We talked about Japanese family names and numbers from 100 to 10,000! It's always insightful and enjoyable, and I always learn something new! I highly recommend ゆか先生 to anyone who wants to learn and speak Japanese. ゆか先生, ありがとうございます！

Today Yuka taught me one of the hardest Japanese grammars and I found that she explained it well. She made it simple to understand and pushed me out of my comfort zone. She teaches mostly in Japanese and gets you to speak Japanese as much as possible. That's her strength and it makes you better.
