Hello, I am your Turkish teacher Çiğdem DEMİRTAŞ DARABEH.
I have been a Turkish teacher for about 9 years. I am experienced in online Turkish lessons. I have a master's degree in Ancient Turkish Literature. I am doing a doctorate in Teaching Turkish to Foreigners at Hacettepe University.
I really enjoy meeting new people and teaching Turkish. Learning a new language can sometimes be intimidating, but in a relaxed environment, learning through making mistakes and speaking will make it easier. :)

I create a stress-free and fun environment to facilitate students' language learning. Once this environment is established, I focus on the core 5 skills based on the European Language Portfolio framework: Reading, Listening, Grammar, Writing, and Speaking. I ensure effective interaction with students, providing simplified examples, using vocabulary and phrases appropriate for their level, and teaching within a context.My lessons & teaching style

This marks my 4th lesson. Çiğdem always came well prepared. We start the lesson by practicing the words and phrases that were covered previously and then we go into the main new topics. Her lessons are informative and well organized. We've covered a lot of useful vocabulary and grammar rules in those few lessons. I highly recommend Çiğdem as a teacher.
