Brother Safy has very high motivation and enthusiasm in teaching even in our trial session. With his technique, I managed to learn and reproduce basic Arabic possessive noun rule in just short amount of time, as well as learn basic greetings and phrases. He also asked what was my reason in learning Arabic and suggested a way to do it. I think his way of teaching convinced me to take another lesson with him.

I love Mohamed's style of teaching. I'm a complete beginner, basically, and he's been very helpful to me. He understands how I like to learn and what helps me and adjusts as needed. I can also tell he has planned out our lessons before I arrive, which I really appreciate because I know it takes time and forethought. Mohamed gives a phrase and then breaks down the phrase into its parts to deal with what each segment means. I've learned a lot already with him and am having a great time in his classes. He promises that they'll get more fun in the future, but I'm already having a lot of fun as it is since learning this new language fascinates me. Thank you, Mohamed! I look forward to seeing you soon!

A personable and direct way of addressing the student's requirements was apparent from the start. A very good beginning!

I'm really enjoying lessons with Safy. I had to take some that are shorter than I would like due to my schedule, but I'm still getting a benefit from them because I'm learning all these interesting differences in Egyptian language and culture. They feel very different to me from MSA for sure. Egyptians always seem so happy or at least positive-minded. I'm jealous. I should go live in Cairo. /leaves to apply for jobs

Safy is a great teacher. I've only had 2 lessons with him, but he's super approachable and genuinely kind and FUNNY. I get a bit worked up because I've gone from being able to understand and say some things in MSA to learning what feels like a new language sometimes in the dialect, but he keeps me positive and focused. He's got that classic Egyptian hospitality of complimenting you greatly when you accomplish anything lol. I don't deserve some of the compliments but they are nice to hear when you're struggling to get your brain going. He uses a book and also online materials like videos. I enjoyed the book exercises we did in session 1 even though it took me a minute to understand each one of them. I keep saying sorry when I'm struggling, and he let me know that in Egypt you don't say sorry unless it's an egregious violation and to relax. Ha. Easier said then done when you have a brain wired like mine - a mad scientist made my brain.
