Soy una profesora de español certificada en la enseñanza de idiomas (Mágister de ELE), con sólidos fundamentos pedagógicos para garantizar un aprendizaje efectivo. Me apasiona hacer que el aprendizaje del español sea relevante y entretenido, adaptándome a los intereses y necesidades de cada estudiante. Además, al tener fluidez en inglés (nivel C1) y conocimiento de otros idiomas (alemán B1), comprendo los desafíos que implica aprender una nueva lengua. ¡Mi meta en que disfrutes del proceso de aprender español!

My Teaching Philosophy:
Teaching is a communicative act, even more, when teaching languages. All activities, roles, and attitudes during the lesson must promote that communication. As a teacher, I am responsible for creating diverse learning experiences where my students are in the center of what happens
Mi nivel de inglés es Avanzado (C1) por lo que si es necesario puedo usar el inglés para enseñar Español. Me gusta el enfoque comunicativo, y trato de incentivar que sea el alumno quien hable el mayor tiempo posible. Me encanta la tecnologia y me gusta estar al tanto de herramientas novedosas que pueda implementar en el aula.My lessons & teaching style
My English level is C1, so when needed, I can use English as the mean of instruction. My style is the style you want me to be. But mostly, I will stick to the communicative approach as long as your talking time is more than mine. Also, I do love technology and all that has to do with it, so I will be looking for new stuff that keep us ( you and me) motivated.My teaching material

Ada has been a wonderful tutor! Her materials, exercises, suggestions, and feedback are well thought out. She's good about balancing feedback and patiently waiting as I gringo my way up my little Spanish mountains. She knows what it's like to learn a language since she's learned many herself. Practicing with her makes me feel more confident striking up a conversation with a native speaker in a way that passively reading books or listening to podcasts can't.

I studied with Ada for eight weeks during my summer break. My friends and family are impressed with the results. Some of my friends who took a couple years of high school Spanish say I learned as much as they did in just eight weeks under Ada's keen eye!
