Hello! My name is Rachel and I am 21 years old. I live in England and am therefore a native speaker who would love to teach English to others. I am studying languages at university (Spanish and French) and have a huge passion for languages. As I am a language student myself I am able to use my experiences to help others learn too.Me as a Teacher
I have always wanted to be a teacher and have enjoyed all of my experience so far which is why I'd love to continue. I am patient, understanding and aware of what works best for my students. I am also able to use my own experiences as I can often relate to students as we share a desire to learn languages! I have spent the last year working in a school in France teaching English to students with a wide range of abilities. I have also studied techniques at university within a TESOL module on the best methods for teaching English to non native speakers.My lessons & teaching style
I offer a relaxed learning environment and can adapt the lesson to my student's needs and level. I am organised and have a lot of experience tutoring online, so am therefore very comfortable using online resources to aid the lessons if needed. I am able to choose what is useful to learn, as I believe languages are about being able to speak comfortably and fit in with native speakers- sometimes you don't learn how native speakers actually talk when learning from a textbook!Teaching experience
