That's Polish for You! Dzień dobry! my name is pronounced "Me, how?" ;) I've been teaching since before graduating with my master's degree in Polish Philology in 2022. Over the past four+ years, I've had the privilege of teaching at the University of Łódź and at Hanoi University – and I'm still going strong, currently working on a Polish programme of my own. My first teaching internship was at the University of Łódź in central Poland, followed by another at the University of Naples "L'Orientale." Those were amazing, yet blursed times. After graduating, I stayed in academia. I first taught at my alma mater, the University of Łódź. After two years there, the director of the Polish School for Foreigners recommended me for the NAWA Fellowship Programme. That opportunity led me to a wonderful position at Hanoi University in Vietnam. I taught Polish in northern Vietnam for two years and would probably still be there if not for one of life's surprises – I met my wife! I have taught courses for IT professionals, Ukrainian refugees, and Americans applying for Polish citizenship (my wife included!). I've also taught learners of all ages – from children as young as eight to seniors in their seventies (she would probably get mad at me for calling her a senior). I am of the opinion that private lessons work best as a complement to consistent self-study. Since most students don't book lessons every day, I'll make sure you always have practice materials to work with between our sessions. Zapraszam!
