My name is Lizi and I am from Argentina. My native language is Spanish and I also speak English. In addition to teaching Spanish and English to foreigners, I worked in the foreign trade business for many years and had the opportunity to meet suppliers in several countries. I have teaching certifications in English and Spanish, and online experience.
During my free time I like to spend time with my family and to do outdoor activities. I love listening to music and cooking. I enjoy talking to people from all over the world and making new friends.Me as a Teacher
As a teacher, I have a flexible way of working, trying to design fun lessons adapted to the needs of each student. I like to create many situations to encourage conversation. I am empathetic and patient, which is very beneficial for beginners. I adapt to the rhythm and preferences of my students. I try to create a relaxed environment that ensures successful learning and progress. My lessons & teaching style
My lessons depend a lot on the personal tastes of each student. I always try to find topics of interest and the way of working adapts to each person's personality. Not all students are the same, nor are the learning methodologies. My students can suggest what type of materials they want to use or what activities they prefer to do. The idea is to form a team to find the best way to work, and make the necessary changes according to the student's progress. In this class, we focused on the listening and speaking parts of the exam. Lizi always helps to find the right phrases/words and helps me express myself better

In this lesson, we had more speaking practice: dialogue/role play, describing a picture, and monologue. This is my weakest skill and Lizi helps me out a lot especially with vocab and proper expressions.

Today we practiced on the DELE speaking and listening exams, which also covered a wide variety of topics like historical events, even the invention of the ballpoint pen! Classes with Lizi are always relevant and never boring.

Always a fun class with Lizi! My lessons are personalized to my needs (to address my weaknesses). For example, past tense is always confusing to me. But in this lesson, Lizi made me do an exercise (about the Little Red Riding Hood) and the grammar we have been studying all made sense - without exhausting explanations :)

In this lesson, we focused on the reading part of the DELE exam and Lizi gave me tips on how to answer this section in a smarter way :) at the enf of the class, i could practice speaking more.
