From my childhood i always loved to be in different countries, meeting new people and try to learn their languages. I lived in Germany, Hungary, Spain and for a short period in China. Very happy to meet new people from all over the world and support them learning my native language Dutch.
Al in mijn jeugd hield ik ervan om in andere landen te zijn, nieuwe mensen te leren kennen en nieuwe talen te leren. Ik heb in Duitsland, Hongarije en Spanje gewoond, en een korte tijd in China. Het zal me heel veel genoegen geven om hier ook nieuwe mensen te leren kennen en mijn eigen taal Nederlands te onderwijzen.Me as a Teacher
The most important for me is to understand why you want to learn Dutch and what goals you wish to reach. You, as the student, are central in my considerations. Together we will find the right path, speed and methods to reach it. For sure i value the use of a lot of talking about everyday situations.

Marcel is a fantastic tutor. He is always aware of and takes a great interest in tailoring each lesson to my needs and as such, my understanding of the grammar and word order of Dutch have increased dramatically in just a short timespan. Yes, ‘gezellig’ is a wonderful word to describe the feeling during classes with Marcel. Never boring, always flowing easily through the variety of different themes. Lessons with Marcel are worth every second!
