I’m Jasmon, your fun, redheaded ESL teacher who’s passionate about helping students speak English with confidence. Originally from Kentucky and now based in Atlanta, I have 6 years of ESL teaching experience, specializing in conversational English, Business English, and IELTS preparation. I know how challenging language learning can be because I learned Spanish myself and reached fluency through practice, persistence, and plenty of mistakes. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Anthropology with a minor in English from the University of Southern Indiana. My teaching journey began in 2014 at Green Valley Academy in Costa Rica, where I discovered my passion for helping others learn English. My lessons are relaxed, engaging, and focused on real communication. We build confidence through conversation, listening practice, vocabulary, useful expressions, and practical activities. Whether you're preparing for the IELTS, improving your Business English, getting ready for job interviews, refining your writing, or simply wanting to speak more naturally, I'll help you reach your goals. I've traveled throughout the U.S., Europe, Central America, and lived in Mexico, so I love connecting with students through conversations about travel, culture, food, and everyday life. C'est mon deuxième cours avec jasmin, c'est un bon professeur, qui permet d'améliorer notre anglais en posant beaucoup de questions et ça me permet de parler plus, de nous corriger et d'avoir plus d'expression. Il met rapidement à l'aise et donc ça enlève tout le stress. Je le recommande fortement.
