I'm from Brighton, and I'm a newly-qualified English teacher. I enjoy languages, and I have studied several different ones in the past, including Japanese, Mandarin and French. At the moment, I am trying to teach myself Italian.
Aside from languages, I work part-time as a tour guide at a stately home. In the future, I would like to develop my own independent walking tours.Me as a Teacher
I completed the CELTA certificate in December 2023.
During my CELTA course, I specialised in the CEFR A2 (Upper-Elementary) and B2 (Upper-Intermediate) levels, but I am qualified to teach all levels.My lessons & teaching style
Student output is the most important thing for me. I aim to get my students to produce as much English as possible during the course of my lessons, and I try to use topics and materials that are relevant to my students' goals and interests.My teaching material
