Hi there, I'm Sam from South Africa. I am a tutor with a 120-hour TEFL certification and a diploma in Law. ๐
I love meeting new people from all walks of life ๐ค. I am unafraid to take on challenges and push myself to learn and grow. I believe that stepping out of our comfort zone is where real progress and development happen.
Currently, I'm learning Spanish because I dream of traveling one day๐ซ๐. I enjoy spending my free time trying out new recipes in the kitchen and diving into a good book. In my online lessons, I am kind, patient and enthusiastic. My lessons are customized based on each student's learning pace, preferences and ensure personalized learning experiences.
In my class, I use participative teaching, where I involve students in activities and I create real-world learning experiences, case studies, and hands-on activities to enhance understanding and application of concepts.
I engage students through interactive activities, discussions, and multimedia resources. I combine online resources, such as videos and interactive tools, with traditional teaching methods to create balanced and a holistic learning experience.My teaching material

Assistant TeacherAs an assistant teacher, I supported the teacher in various aspects of classroom management and student support. Early Childhood Development TeacherI worked as an Early Childhood Development teacher for two years, helping young children learn and grow. An ECD teacher plans, and implements age-appropriate lessons and activities like games and crafts that help children learn important skills while having fun. We watched how well each child was was doing and gave extra help when needed. An ECD teacher plays an important role in laying the foundation for children's lifelong learning, social-emotional well-being, and future academic success.
