Hey, I am Michael and I am a passionate language learner and now teacher here on italky. I currently live in Münster in Germany. I am also fluent in English and can hold conversations in Swedish. I am interested in science/tech, but I also like to travel, being outdoors and to read.Me as a Teacher
I have experience in teaching science to university students for over 5 years, which I started during my undergraduate studies. Now I want to teach my native language here on italky.
I know the hardships of learning a new language fist hand, and I can guide you through the (surely pleasant) journey of learning German. My lessons & teaching style
I focus my lessons on speaking practise, since building up confidence in speaking is the most important thing in my opinion. Having fun while learning is important, so we can absolutely talk about your hobbies and interests.My teaching material

Michael is a super friendly and patient teacher. I highly recommend to all German learners. He always waits for you to finish the sentence and then correcting it and writing down the improved version, which makes it so much easier to remember and learn from your mistakes. Additionally, he explains concepts in simple yet clear terms. We speak many areas and he always comes up with new ideas. It truly engages me to speak and practice more :)
