Tina is a brilliant teacher with vast knowledge of the language and culture. She doesn't follow strict "words of the week" structure, but teaches in a very honest and down to earth way. She doesn't avoid harder topics, and just chatting about either my week or some tougher topic is a great motivation to try and express myself in new language. She makes transition from "I need to learn Czech" to "I want to speak Czech" very easy and natural.

Tina is always thoughtful and she carefully tailors the lessons every time. Whenever I have a question or a point that I am not sure of, she stops and makes sure that I understand thoroughly. She combines a multiple teaching methods including conversation, grammar and vocabulary building, all of which help me develop my overall Slovak languages skills.
