Hello! My name is Eva, and I’m a native Greek speaker from Crete, currently living between Greece and Germany. I am a physicist with a Master’s degree in Materials Science, and I am currently working in research. I also have experience teaching Greek at the Volkshochschule (VHS) in Augsburg, Germany. My academic and professional path, together with my international experience, has deepened my love for languages, culture, and meaningful human connection. I am especially passionate about the arts, music, language learning, and meeting people from different backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring art, listening to music, and having thoughtful conversations.Me as a Teacher
As someone who has learned and used foreign languages in both academic and everyday settings, I know how important confidence and enjoyment are in the learning process. I have experience teaching Greek courses at the VHS in Germany and I can understand how learners experience the language from their side. My goal is to make our lessons fun, relaxed, and focused on real communication. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, I’ll help you build your skills through practical conversations and personalized support. My lessons & teaching style
I offer conversational Greek lessons where we focus on topics that genuinely interest you such as science, art, music, travel, everyday life, or anything you're passionate about. Speaking is the key to fluency, so we’ll work on expressing ideas naturally and confidently. Each session is tailored to your level and goals. We can also work with written texts, videos, or even music lyrics if that suits your style. I believe language learning should feel natural, useful, and inspiring!My teaching material
