Liliana

Liliana was incredibly was super flexible and helped me study all week for my ACTFL certification exam. She has met with me every day this week to study. She is patient and kind. Honestly, her tips with teaching Spanish are so helpful that I wish I had her help when I was taking Spanish initially in middle and high school. Thank you, Liliana! ☺️

I am currently studying for a certification exam, and Liliana is helping me to make sure that I am prepared for it. She looked over all the materials for the exam and made a plan to help me study, which is super helpful! She is kind and patient while making corrections to help improve my Spanish fluency!

I just had my second class with Liliana. I have enjoyed both of my classes with her. Liliana speaks slowly and has a very neutral accent which makes her easy to understand. She is organized, very easy to talk to, and I look forward to our classes. I really appreciate that in our classes there is a balance between natural conversation and prepared exercises. Liliana is really helpful in her corrections because as I am speaking she models what I want to say in the moment in a way I understand without disrupting the flow of the conversation. I appreciate this a lot. When we talk about grammar, Liliana takes time to ensure I understand how to use this part of the language by modeling how to use it first, and then allows me to use it to in a few examples. Afterwards we work through a few fun exercises to ensure I really understand it.
