Japanese for COMPLETE Beginners | From Day 1 to Intermediate | Columbia Graduate Hi, I'm Hiro, a native Japanese speaker from Tokyo. I have four years of experience teaching Japanese, including two years on another major online teaching platform. (P reply）On P reply, I have taught over 2,000 lessons and currently work with 30 students. I specialize in helping complete beginners build a strong foundation and gradually progress toward the intermediate level in a friendly and supportive environment. With over 20 years of experience teaching English to Japanese learners, I understand the challenges of learning another language. For beginners, we use GENKI as our main textbook building a solid foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and everyday communication. After GENKI, you can choose your path: preparing for the JLPT or developing your conversational skills. Whichever path you choose, lessons can be organized around your interests and needs, including preparing for a trip to Japan. My goal is to help you become a confident and independent Japanese speaker. So, if this sounds right for you, why not book a lesson? I'd be delighted to meet you!
