My lessons blend language with culture—think Swahili songs, travel stories, and real-world conversations. I am compassionate and take great pride in enabling positive development in each of my students. I'm creative and my presentation skills can be tailored to my students' needs. I always foster community in classroom. I make sure there's mutual respect between students and me, rules are followed and everyone in the classroom contributes to each other's learning and development. whenever I have a lesson with my Swahili learner I always make sure that the learner has understood up to the end.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are scheduled ten minutes in advance before starting to ensure that my learners are prepared psychologically and ready for the lesson. I teach Swahili language through skype, google meet, zoom and face to face in the classroom setup. I also teach through giving assignments and quizzes to ensure content capturing. Sometimes I teach this language through sending pdf files which consist both Swahili and English languages in translated form.
I teach the language by writing new words on the whiteboard and through singing Swahili music.My teaching material
