Fardosa is an incredible and very patient Somali language teacher. She will help you understand everything from grammar, new words, pronunciation etc. She is very professional and enjoys helping students learn. I would highly recommend her to anyone at any stage of their Somali language learning journey!

Fardosa is an amazing tutor! She is very prepared, organized, and knowledgeable. I feel super comfortable in class with her. She's great at being able to go deep into the Somali language when you want, but then she also knows how to keep on topic and stay focused on practicing the language. I highly recommend!

I wanted a one-time 1-hour lesson just to learn a couple phrases so I could try to order a meal at the Somali restaurants that I will be visiting next week. I started at zero, knowing no Somali at all, but I came away feeling like I can go in and greet the owners and read a little of the menu! Fardosa’s explanations are very clear and organized, and she is lovely and warm. I really enjoyed the lesson; I just needed this little crash course, but Fardosa is such a good teacher, it makes me want to learn more.
