I always encourage students to use what they have learnt, as I always say, I can give you the hammer but it's you who has to hit the nail with it. I've been in Italki for four years now and I love the one on one lessons, I always try to keep things funny, so people can feel comfortable and safe while learning.My lessons & teaching style
I like to tailor the lessons to the needs of the student. Not everybody likes homework, some people despise raw grammar, etc. My lessons usually include practice and activities to help students understand what they've seen. Normally, I also encourage a bit of practice at the beginning of a lesson, whose length can vary depending on the student's level.My teaching material

I have had 54 lessons with Pedro. He is simply outstanding. His English is exceptional, his ability to explain the Spanish language is superb. There were many times that he explained it differently from the books and it was so much easier. just completed my lesson with Pedro which was very enjoyable and helpful. we had a good look at the subjunctive, an area I was very reluctant to approach. but as with everything Pedro was able to simplify it which made the hole thing very enjoyable. Don't go past Pedro if your looking for someone to help you learn spanish,you won't find anyone more capable to take you on that journey.
