Hi! I'm a Dutch-Finnish catmom living in Finnish Lapland. ๐๏ธ๐ฑ I was born in the Netherlands, where I finished my high school and music studies in a pictoresque city in the north. ๐๏ธ
After some detours to Asia and the western part of Holland, I ended up moving to Finnish Lapland, a place I had not been before. I don't regret that decision to this day.

I want you to have fun learning Dutch and to feel relaxed when speaking. Mistakes happen and they happen for a reason. You are learning! Learning is supposed to be fun, in my humble opinion. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
In my past life as a musician and violinist, I gained lots of experience teaching music to groups and individuals, from adults to children. I have always wanted my lessons to be creative and engaging. This will not change now that the topic changed from music to the Dutch language. Music and language have lots in common anyway. ๐ My lessons & teaching style

You may ask me to correct you, but we can also let the mistakes come and go, so the conversation keeps flowing. I can't help you prepare for an official test nor can I help you learn Dutch from scratch, because I'm not a professional teacher. I do, however, can help you to become more confident in expressing yourself in Dutch and striking up conversations with Dutch persons.
