Polish Lessons and Conversations with a 😺Purr-sonal Touch. I'll show you that Polish is FUN & easy Hi, I'm Amelia. I recently graduated in Sinology. I’m very keen on reading, crocheting, traveling, and generally trying new things. For example, I used to do folk dancing for about a year and a half, I skateboarded for a while (though the only trick I mastered was the ollie), and I also tried hobbies like singing, sewing, and playing the guitar. I’ve even organized student events at my university, given city tours for foreigners, and created radio broadcasts. But in the end, the hobbies I mentioned at the beginning are the ones that really stayed with me. I’m addicted to good iced coffee, cute cats, and cool adventures. And I have a soft spot for Polish pierogi... I have experience in tutoring – back in high school I was already giving English lessons, and currently I also teach beginner-level Chinese on other platforms. I know which learning methods are effective and how to achieve progress quickly – when it comes to foreign languages, the key lies in pronunciation, breaking the speaking barrier, and regular conversations. I am a very patient person, and I want the lessons to feel like FUN. In my classes, there’s a strong focus on speaking. I conduct conversations from beginner level (where we mix English with Polish, but with an emphasis on you speaking as much Polish as possible, since that’s the main goal) all the way up to advanced. I have done a few classes with Amelia on the 'Discover Poland' topic as I am not in a position to delve into the language right now. Ameila's presentations are wonderful, and it is obvious she is very proud and knowledgeable about her country. Today we focused on Polish folk dancing, a subject Amelia is very familiar with. I found it really interesting and thoroughly enjoyed the presentation. Amelia puts much effort into these presentations and I greatly appreciate that.
