Hi, I'm Catherine and I love languages because through them I can get to communicate and know people from other countries and cultures. I try to live a creative and happy life every day, and I always wear a smile, I can't help it. I like traveling, movies and music. I'm originally from the Dominican Republic and I live in the United States. When I was young, some of my favorite subjects in school were languages. I always found English or French class time exciting. Other great experiences in my youth where when a friend from another country would come to visit and we would share our culture. My teaching style would be informal and mostly conversational. We can talk about everyday life. For my lessons, I first would want to know what my students want but I can also prepare fun subjects to talk about.
