Friendly, patient, and experienced tutor. Learn English in a relaxed and fun atmosphere! Hello, my name is Ciara and I'm from Edinburgh in Scotland! I'm a very experienced online English tutor, and teach conversational lessons designed to develop your grammar, vocabulary, and confidence. I love my job, and I bring a lot of enthusiasm to the classroom - I'm happy to talk with students about subjects including film, television, books, history, business English, or technology! Our discussions will help you improve your English while teaching you about English-speaking culture, like film, television, literature, and history. I'm very patient and easy-going, and like to keep lessons informal so that students are relaxed. I feel that students learn best when they are talking about something that interests them, and that students shouldn't be scared of making mistakes! I love guiding people on their learning journey - let's meet your goals while we have a lot of fun together! I make sure that our lessons focus on your interests and goals, as it always easier to learn when you're talking about something that you care about! I like to build our discussion-based lessons around different types of media, like TED Talks, newspaper and magazine articles, YouTube videos, and scenes from film and television. As we talk, I give you corrections on grammar and vocabulary, building your confidence in speaking English. *Please note, I don't offer classes for children or teenagers.*
