New Teacher Ready to Teach and Learn With You! I am excited to be starting my Polish teaching journey on iTalki! I'm a second-generation immigrant from Poland, and was raised speaking Polish with my family. I can speak, read, and write Polish. I am moving to Poland in April and am excited to immerse myself in the culture. I'd be most helpful for A0-A2 students for the moment, but I am optimistic that I will level up fast - hope to hear from you!
I want to be honest and say I am new to this. I do have a Bachelor's degree in Biotech, have worked as a tutor in the past, and dabbled in language learning myself through Elysse Davega's resources. I'm dedicated and hate letting people down, so I'm confident that with some lessons under my belt, we will both have a great time!
I'm open to going along with your style! It'd be helpful to know your short- and long-term goals. I think a mix of exercises is best - grammar/vocab, listening/watching, reading, writing, and speaking. Happy to assign homework as well, and provide materials. I would also like to get to know my students personally, as the key to language learning is to make it fun and relevant to your interests!
