Come on board! Con me l'italiano sarà nelle tue mani! Caro studente, benvenuto! 🇮🇹 Qui l’italiano si impara soprattutto… parlandolo! 😊 I’m Simona, from Calabria, a wild, authentic, and still largely unexplored corner of southern Italy 🌲🐺🌅 I’m passionate about nature, animals, personal growth, and meaningful conversations. I’m also the author of the book *Per amor proprio*. My lessons are designed for students who already have a basic knowledge of Italian and want to improve through real conversation, culture, and authentic connection. During each lesson, we will explore topics suited to your level, interests, and goals. The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, but always focused on helping you speak more naturally, confidently, and fluently. After every lesson, you will receive a personalised PDF containing: • the mistakes you made and their corrections; • useful grammar and language notes; • the new vocabulary and expressions encountered during the lesson. I have seen students gradually overcome their fear of speaking and truly flourish in Italian. My goal is to help you do the same, one conversation at a time. ⚠️ I don’t teach complete beginners or A1-level students. Parliamo? 🇮🇹

Really great first class with Simona! I immediately felt at ease and felt like I could speak without worrying about making mistakes. I appreciated very much her style of saving most of the corrections for later in the class, allowing the conversation to flow. She seems genuinely enthusiastic about teaching and helping one improve, and is very friendly. Looking forward to more!

Simona easily wins as the best language instructor I ever have. I can tell after one lesson. She comes with a lot of positive energy, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to help. She also does a great job preparing personalized materials for the class and after the class so that the student can learn as efficiently as possible. Importantly, I find her super interesting and easy to talk to. I feel grateful for the opportunity to learn Italian with her and suggest you work with her too!
