Native Spanish teacher from Sevilla. Real Spanish, not textbook Spanish. Hi there! My name is Álvaro, and I'm a Spanish tutor with over 10 years in teaching, both online and in-person, and 4,000+ teaching hours. I hold a certificate in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, with experience working with all kinds of students regardless of age or level. I'm from Seville, but right now I'm traveling around Europe in my motorhome, discovering new countries and cultures. This constantly inspires the way I teach my language. In my free time, I love spending time at the beach and surfing. Over the years, I've developed my own teaching method, shaped by my own experience learning foreign languages. This approach focuses mainly on communication, without leaving grammar behind. In our first trial class, we'll do a few different activities to get to know each other and check your Spanish level. From there, we'll design a study plan tailored to your goals and needs, whether that's polishing your grammar, improving your communication skills, or simply building more confidence. I consider myself a very flexible tutor, and I always aim to create a friendly atmosphere in lessons so that learning is both fun and effective. Don't overthink it, book your trial class and let's start learning together! I look forward to seeing you very soon!
