Rosario

Rosario is an excellent facilitator. For advanced learners, she provides fantastic, thought-provoking texts that require close reading and pairs these with engaging questions that ask students to contextualize the thoughts of the author as well as provide/defend their own position. I would strongly recommend working with Rosario if you're seeking to expand you language capacity in an authentic way for topics that may be outside the daily routine. The time will fly by and the conversation will flow naturally.

I have given 5 stars to other professors but Sofia deserves at least 10. Best class ever!

Challenging lesson made comprehensible through discussion of advanced literary topics. Exciting and made me feel completely safe to take risks!

Rosario is very responsive, professional and also has good humor! I've taken over 30 classes with her in the past year and my Spanish is improving much faster now. I would highly recommend Rosario for a long-term Spanish teacher since she focuses on grammar, pronunciation, and conversation. As everyone should; I also immerse myself in other activities such as reading, writing, listening, and watching movies in Spanish.

Rosario always gives a ton of attention to her class. She carefully selects materials to stress test her student's abilities and provides fantastic feedback on writing practice. She is attentive, caring and an absolute joy to work with. It's why I've been working with her for nearly a year now (and plan to continue)!
