My name is Timothy. I majored in Arabic language at the University of Amsterdam. I have lived in few countries and learned a lot about different languages and cultures. I have been teaching Dutch professionally for five years now. I have made many videos on YouTube of which many have reached 100k+ views and a few even 1m+ views.
I enjoy discovering new hobbies and learning new things. I like to drink coffee and talk with friends, read about a variety of topics and walk in the city.

I want my students to feel comfortable during our lessons. I enjoy challenging them, but never with too much pressure, and I always give them time to think about their answers. I love listening to their personal stories, and nothing makes me prouder than seeing their progress.
