I teach medical, business and general English – with experience, empathy and a smile! Hi! I'm Lloyd! I am an experienced teacher new to italki! I hold a Level 5 TEFL Diploma, a paramedicine degree and have many years of experience in corporate, government and teaching. I have experience teaching all ages and levels and tailor my lessons to your needs and interests! I am originally from Australia, but am now living in Italy (and lived many years in Germany) Because I speak German and Spanish, and am currently tackling Italian, I know exactly what it’s like to sit in your chair. I also understand the speaking barrier and the mental exhaustion of learning a new language - and I want to overcome it together! I teach English to all ages and all levels! Whether you are looking to become more fluent through conversation practice, are wanting to learn medical or business English, or need to prepare for a specific exam (e.g. IELTS, OET), let’s achieve your goals together! Send me a message and let me know a bit more about what you are looking for!

I had a great lesson with Lloyd! He helped me prepare for my upcoming interview and understand industry-specific terminology. The lesson was really helpful and gave me more confidence going into the interview.
