Hi! Nice to meet you! My name is Carolina and I am a native Spanish teacher from Madrid, Spain. However, I ´m currently living in Muscat (Oman).
I love to travel, but also arts, cooking...anything that makes my life better and happier, but what I enjoy the most is teaching my mother tongue to others and meeting new people interested in languages. Thanks to this lovely profession, I have met wonderful students from all ages and nationalities, and I am very proud to have helped them to jump to the next level of their learning.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching Spanish for more than 4 years and I understand the most common problems that a foreign language student faces.
If you want to learn to speak confidently and communicate with more fluency, we can enjoy fun and interesting activities and casual conversations with a neutral accent. I am also an accredited profesor of DELE exams.
If your level is basic or beginner, don`t worry, together we will take the steps to start speaking Spanish from your first class!
As your teacher, I will correct your mistakes and give you recommendations to learn more vocabulary and expressions that will enrich your language.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are focused on helping you with all the aspects of learning Spanish, through small talks and storytelling, with casual conversations from a list of topics, flashcards, games, role play, vocabulary building, and many other tools that will help every student to reach their goals. My teaching approach is always adapted to the age, ability, aims and interests of the individual student.
I like to make learning fun and satisfying.
I have designed different types of lessons, choose which one best suits you.

I studied Spanish from 2018 to 2021, and recently needed to refresh my skills before a trip to Madrid. I took 10 lessons with Carol, who proved to be extremely helpful and accommodating. She tailored her instruction to exactly what I needed, wanted, and was capable of achieving. In less than a month, I went from 'Well, I studied this language a while ago; not sure if I still know it,' to 'Yes, I can speak and understand enough to get by with native speakers.' Highly recommended.
