Hello! My name is Polly, and I’m a native English speaker from Canada, currently living in the United Kingdom. I have a passion for language learning and enjoy helping students gain the confidence to use English naturally in real-life situations. I specialize in conversation practice and exam preparation, including IELTS and TOEFL iBT, and I tailor each lesson to your personal goals and learning style.

Me as a Teacher

I have over 12 years of teaching experience and have been tutoring students online for more than 5 years. I am a certified TEFL/TESOL tutor with extensive experience working with learners of different levels and backgrounds. My lessons include structured practice in speaking, vocabulary, reading, and listening, with a strong focus on real communication. I adapt materials and exercises to match each student’s goals — whether that’s improving fluency, accuracy, or exam performance.
