Ruggero Paruta

My first lesson with Ruggero was fantastic; it can be stressful to start language lessons but he immediately put me at ease. Ruggero is incredibly friendly and inquired about my goals and motivations for learning and how best to personalize my lessons. We completed the lesson almost exclusively in Italian, which I really appreciate as a method to provide full immersion and improve my learning. Highly recommend!

Cannot express how grateful I am to Ruggero for his patience and the insightful and fun way that he teaches. Went to Sicily recently and for the first time in my life I have been able to speak to my Italian relatives and make myself understood which was just the most incredible experience. Ruggero instils confidence and helps you to believe in yourself which is a very rare quality and a gift few teachers possess. Still a long way to go but so far the experience has been life changing and that only happens when you have a great teacher and one who really cares about his students.

Another great lesson!! BOOK WITH RUGGERO, you will not be disappointed! We are only a few lessons in and already everything is communicated in Italian...the best part is I understand 99.99% of what he says to me even though I'm not at the stage to respond entirely in Italian! I make many mistakes and get preoccupied with little things, but Ruggero brings me back to the lesson and keeps my focus on what is necessary and important for my learning level. I will be honest and say I had such fear of making a fool of myself, but my lessons are the best part of my day! Thank you, Ruggero, my dream of learning Italian is finally happening at 44years old!! 🙌🙏

Ruggero é um excelente professor. Ele não somente tem a técnica, mas também tem vocação, o que é mais difícil de encontrar em um professor. Em poucas lições que tive ja consigo sentir diferença no meu modo de falar. Recomendo a todos!

A perfect trial lesson. We discussed what we will do next and how I will learn. Ruggero was eager to know my goals and wants to tailor my lessons to them! Sono così emozionato!

Trial lesson completed and I feel great! Ruggero slowed everything down and I was actually able to understand what he was communicating even though I am unable to reply in Italian...yet! Ruggero is someone I feel I can be comfortable with to make mistakes and not be embarrassed or disheartened. Very warm and engaging personality.
