Son seis meses de aprendizaje con Laura, es muy fácil hablar con ella y es muy amable. She provides learning materials, book reviewing and other small activities to help strengthen certain areas you're struggling with at the time. Laura really gets to know you as a person (hobbies, friends, jobs) and asks questions about those certain topics to strengthen past tenses, futures tense with things you'll talk about more often. She gives time for you to think about what you want to say and guides you to the correct way to say it/pronunciation it in a more native way along with slang and other idioms. Tengo muchas ganas de ver cuánto más mejoro en los próximos 6 meses con Laura!🌟

I've had 4 lessons with Laura that have all been great. She arrives well-prepared with a plan that is customised and appropriate to my language level. She is also keen to ask for feedback at the end of the lesson and comes across as genuinely enthusiastic and happy to help you learn. In terms of material we have already used a wide variety of different exercises including audio and video comprehensions, writing exercises, dialogues and short conversations about everyday topics. Laura is also a very polite, amiable and patient teacher. As a beginner I would be happy to recommend Laura as a Spanish teacher.

Today was my 20th lesson with Laura. She's the best Spanish teacher I've had on italki. I always feel comfortable during our lessons. She's friendly, patient, and enthusiastic. (I don't feel bad about making mistakes again and again, especially with the verbs. Actually, I've improved a lot with conjugating verbs.) We've changed things up a bit in our class and now use a great book with a lot of good material. I appreciate her willingness to adjust things to find the best method to help me improve. I'm a slow learner and like to preview before and review after each lesson, so having a book is great for me. We work on improving my listening, reading, speaking and vocabulary. She corrects my mistakes and writes them in the chat which is so helpful because I'm a visual learner. I'm becoming much more comfortable with my Spanish thanks to Laura's lessons and support. I know I still have a ways to go to get to my desired level, but I'm motivated and know I'll get there with her help!

Laura is an amazing Spanish teacher — warm, patient, and so personable. She makes you feel completely comfortable in her class, which makes learning so much easier. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their Spanish!
