My name is Trevor (康明). I am a native speaker of American English from New York, and I am based in Boston. 我叫康明，英语母语者，来自纽约，住在波士顿。I specialize in pronunciation and grammar, and I teach all levels of English as well as beginner Mandarin. 我专长发音和语法，教授所有水平的英语，以及初级普通话。

At-Home TutorI have worked as an at-home one-on-one tutor for the past three years where I help students who are struggling with their classes, or are homeschooled, or need help preparing for an upcoming standardized exam. This experience has taught me a lot about how to meet students at their specific needs and tailor lessons based on what students find most difficult and what students could use the best practice on. It also has given me practice on how to properly pace for and assess student understanding.
