Certified Linguist with 7 years of experience I am a native Greek speaker and a language enthusiast. I have a passion for my language and languages in general. I can speak English and Indonesian fluently, as well as Spanish and French at an intermediate level. I grew up in Greece and went to university there; afterwards I spent 14 years in the UK and Indonesia. Now I am back home, enjoying feta in every meal - I had missed it so badly.. I enjoy learning languages myself, as well as reading, music, world affairs, and of course traveling. I have many other hobbies which change regularly so I can talk about a variety of issues. I have lived in four different countries and I have experience in intercultural communication. I have a Master's degree in Linguistics, which included Applied Linguistics and Language Teaching, from the University of Essex. I have 5 years of experience as a professional language teacher at international schools. I started teaching Greek in 2012 and English in 2016. I also teach in French and with some patience from your side, also in Spanish. I try to design lessons with clear objectives to make sure students learn the grammar and vocabulary they need to know, but I also make sure my lessons are fun and include lots of conversation practice. I can accommodate requests for various types of classes, such as conversation practice and grammar study. I teach teenagers above 14 and adults.
