Ciao! I'm Stefania, and I come from the North-East of Italy (Friuli-Venezia Giulia).
Languages have always been one of my main hobbies: this is why I decided to start learning Korean after studying English, French, German and Russian at school and university.
I have several other hobbies, such as crochet, drawing, reading, gaming and watching TV series/k-dramas.Me as a Teacher
What I value the most is my students' self-confidence when speaking Italian.
I'll help you gaining that self-confidence by motivating you, encouraging you and teaching you how to turn your mistakes in learning assets.
I won't correct every single mistake you make (unless you're an advanced student and you request it), because your aim is to convey a message and be understood even when you don't remember some words or you don't know how to use a certain grammar rule. Remember that the focus is communicating, not completing correctly textbook exercises! You'll have much more fun if you think this way, I promise.My lessons & teaching style
The saying "practice makes perfect" holds true also when talking about languages, this is why my lessons are structured very precisely in order to make you use the language as much as possible.
The structure of the lessons is roughly the following:
1) introduction to the topic and brainstorming
2) explanation of the topic (for grammar lessons) / introduction to new vocabulary (for conversation lessons)
3) guided practice (simple exercises)
4) less guided practice (slightly difficult exercises)
The style of the lessons might slightly vary according to the level and the needs of the student. Feel free to express your requests!

As far as Italian teachers are concerned the superlative of the adjective good definitely is Stefania. She never fails to make you feel a lot smarter after each and every lesson with her.
