¡Hola! My name is Rubén. I work as a Spanish teacher and I am expert as a DELE examiner (from A1 to C2 levels). I was born in Madrid, the place where I live now. I'm here to help you become a confident Spanish speaker.

I studied Spanish philology and I have a master's degree in Spanish teaching as a second language, therefore I’m a professionally qualified Spanish teacher and I have the knowledge of the Spanish language. I'm also a DELE examiner (A1-C2). Moreover, I know the Curriculum Plan of the Instituto Cervantes, so I can know your level of Spanish and establish your main goals according to your level. Among my experience, I gave Spanish classes to different kind of students, even for specific purposes (for university or particular jobs) and from different levels (from beginners A1 to advanced C2). The lessons are offered with maximum adaptablity to each student's individual requirements and goals. I try to use a communicative and a task-based approach. So my methodology is about social skills in language learning. I like that my students talk in class and therefore you can learn new vocabulary and grammatical skills based on our conversations, and I also provide some material to my students. If you are learning Spanish because you like our culture or you either need it to pass an official exam or because it is a requirement in your work, I will help you to reach your goals.My teaching material

Hoy he disfrutado mucho de mi clase de español con Rubén. He hablado de vários temas entre ellos: la Pasqua con las procesiones religiosas (católicas) en países como España e Itália, el clima, visitar ciertas regiones de España, y nuestras asignaturas preferidas en el colégio. Ha sido una clase muy interesante y estimulante y creo que he aprendido nuevo vocabulario. Tengo muchas ganas de volver a dar otra clase contigo, Rubén. Muchas gracias

Hoy he disfrutado mucho mi clase de español (castellano) con Ruben. Hicimos un juego de roles en el que yo hacía de cliente (huésped) y mi profesor de recepcionista. Primero, he hecho una reserva con cinco meses de antemano y luego en la segunda parte llegué al hotel con mi mujer y dos niños, y pagué el resto de la factura. Después, le pregunto al recepcionista muchas preguntas sobre las comidas, el entretenimiento de la noche, las actividades para los niños en el hotel y en el barrio.
