I personally really like talking to Bart! This is almost my 10th chat with him and every time he is helpful and patient. Highly recommend to folks who are A2 level. A1 might struggle a bit because you may not have the vocabulary and/or grammar to express what you want or to understand/hear what is being said.

Amazing conversation partner!

Hij was heel erg aardig en wij spraken de hele tijd in het nederlands over computerveiligheid onderwerpen.

Great learning experience! The lessons gave me the opportunity to actively speak Dutch and to learn authentic expressions. This greatly supported my progress in listening comprehension, and gradually developing confidence in speaking Dutch.

It's been great talking to Bertil! He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Also, he understands that speaking a second language is hard. He adjusts the conversations to your personal needs as a learner. For me, that is faster, spoken Dutch - I need to get more comfortable with people talking in their natural speed and accent. He's been incredibly helpful for my preparation for Dutch job interviews in IT, as he knows the terminology and what sounds natural in a conversation. I absolutely recommend taking lessons with him!
