Hi there! I'm Robert, a native English speaker from the UK! Thanks for looking at my profile, I always appreciate it! 🙏🏼
I've been teaching English for over 4 years as a digital nomad, so talking with people from different cultures is a normal day for me 😊. I love interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, as I believe that you can always learn something new and unexpected from different people. It was during my previous travels that I developed a passion for languages, including teaching English to people I met along the way. I'm a very easy-going and open-minded person and I think that my hobbies highlight my personality. These include: nature, hiking, self-development & yoga.Me as a Teacher
I will get to know you on the same level as if I were getting to know you in real life. I believe that learning about the student and their personality is an essential part of the process. I always remain flexible an easy-going, we don't need to follow a strict plan and if the study or conversation takes us in a certain direction, we will "go with the flow". I'm always open to new ideas, and if you have your own, we can always try something new in the class!
I speak both Spanish and Portuguese to a high-level and if required we can use these languages in class to help us progress.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is exactly the same as how I interact with people in day-to-day life; friendly, easy-going, focused, passionate and humorous!
My lessons and style focus on real-life, everyday practical English. I offer conversation classes and study classes for students who are interested in English for travel, English for Portuguese/Spanish speakers, English for relocating to the UK and English for work!
My aim is to make you feel comfortable in class and help you achieve you goals as soon as possible. My classes always remain flexible and will be personalised to what YOU need at that particular time.My teaching material
