Experienced business school lecturer with PhD in languages Hello! My name is Neil. I live in the English Midlands and work as an associate professor in international business at a top university. I used to be an English teacher in Peru and a Spanish teacher in the UK. After working in consultancy, I returned to education in 2012. I have a passion for languages. I speak Spanish, Portuguese, French, Welsh and Italian. I have lived in Peru and the United States. I have a PhD and BA in languages. At the moment, I am working on improving my Welsh and French. In addition, I have a BA in economics. As well as being TEFL certified, I am a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA). I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). I have over 20 years of teaching experience and am a qualified university teacher. I started teaching English when I was a student in Peru, and have taught at universities and schools there. After returning to the UK, I taught Spanish at university level. I became a full-time business academic in 2012, and now teach employability, study skills and international business. This means that I am particularly able to help with business and academic English. For example, I would be happy to help with CV writing, interview preparation, writing business emails or developing business vocabulary. I could also assist with university applications, study skills and academic writing. I believe it is important that you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. One-to-one lessons give us the opportunity to focus on your needs....
